🔄 Return & Refund Policy – RIOWHEELS

We know how exciting it is to receive your Hot Wheels—and honestly, we've rarely seen anyone wants to return them! 😊 But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help you with that.

📦 In Case of Damage

While we take great care to ensure your order is securely packed and safely delivered, if you notice any damage to the box or suspect an issue at the time of delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an unboxing video in one continuous take.

    • The video should clearly show the package before opening, the unboxing process, and each product individually.

  2. Send us the video within 12 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation and proceed with compensation or a refund if applicable.

This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly while maintaining transparency for both sides.

N.B. Damage in Transit or Lost in Transit cases can be investigated/addressed if raised within 65 hours from the date of delivery as per the shared tracking details. Post 65 hours, the scope of investigation is very limited at the courier end and their decision is final on such cases.


💳 Easy book with part payment :

         Running short on cash however, you still want to get that desired car as you fear loosing it due to high demand or rarity? No worries, being collector, we do understand that feelings and we are here to make it easy for you.

🔐 Reserve Now, Pay Later:  Pay just 10% of the car's value to lock in your desired model - we’ll cover the rest temporarily and hold it safely for you while you complete the remaining 90% payment within 30 days 🗓️, at your convenience. There is no additional/hidden charge for this. Easy-Peasy. 

🔄 Change of Mind? :  No problem! You can switch* to another, similar or higher priced model within the 30-day window - We are that flexible!

⏳ Need More Time? :  If the full payment isn’t made within 30 days, your initial amount will be safely credited to your Riowheels account. You can use it later to buy any similar or higher-priced model.

N.B. - In order to maintain a fair stock usage and consistent shopping experience for all customers. Cancellation is not feasible for this option however, your money will be credited to your Riowheels Account for future purchase. We appreciate your understanding.

* Switching is not feasible if the car in your order is the last inventory of that particular model or mentioned specifically during post purchase communication. Thanks again for your understanding. 😊


💸 Interest We Pay You! – WE ARE CHANGING THE GAME !

Ever paid for a model you loved, waited patiently… only to hear it’s sold out/out of stock, delayed, or can’t be imported? Frustrating, right? We agree—and WE ARE CHANGING THE GAME.

At RIOWHEELS, if we can’t fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we won’t just refund your entire payment—we’ll add 5% extra of the paid amount/value of unfulfilled item to compensate you as a goodwill gesture. That’s right: WE PAY YOU INTEREST for the inconvenience. 

Why should collectors carry the burden all the time? We’re here to make the experience smoother. 🏁🚗

N.B. For prebooking scenario, additional 5% compensation will be paid diretly to the user's bank account and for any other scenarios, the additional 5% will be credited to the RIOWHEELS account. This is to promote fair practice and avoid any operational difficulties. Thank you.
