  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 hours to 3 business days after placement.
  • We strive to process and ship your items as swiftly as possible.

📦 Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery takes 3 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch provided there is no exceptiona at courier end and everything is working as it should be

🏎️💨 Same-Day Delivery Policy – Kolkata Region

  •  SAME-DAY-DELIVERY is available within Kolkata, provided a delivery partner is available and the product is stocked** at your nearest warehouse.

    • To qualify, orders must be placed before 1 PM and it needs to be prepaid.

    • No additional charge applies for same-day delivery. Standard delivery charges remain applicable.

**N.B. : Same-day delivery depends on product availability at your nearest warehouse 🏬. If the item isn’t stocked locally, it’ll be delivered as per our standard timeline ⏳—Rest assured, you will not be charged any additional delivery fees 💸—we’ll cover the cost of the second shipment. 😇

❌ Order Cancellation Policy 

To maintain a fair and consistent shopping experience for all customers, order cancellation is allowed if contacted within one hour from the time of order placement.

  • Please note in case you wish to cancel your order, Payment Gateway charges will be applicable and we will refund you the amount deducting the same as payment service provider directly deducts it at the time you make a payment.

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.

However, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforseen circumstances, and payment has already been made:

  • We will issue a full refund.

  • As a gesture of goodwill, we will also refund an additional 5% of the unfulfilled item's value as compensation.

🧠📦 SMART Hold & Combine –  Using this option during checkout, you can secure your favorite model by placing the order and holding the delivery. You can add more items to your order over time and receive them all together in a single shipment. This helps in securing your desired model while saving on multiple delivery charges. It’s the smart way to save on delivery while securing the stock in your name.

💳 Easy book with part payment :

         Running short on cash however, you still want to get that desired car as you fear loosing it due to high demand or rarity? No worries, being collector, we do understand that feelings and we are here to make it easy for you.

🔐 Reserve Now, Pay Later:  Pay just 10% of the car's value to lock in your desired model - we’ll cover the rest temporarily and hold it safely for you while you complete the remaining payment within 30 days 🗓️, at your convenience. There is no additional/hidden charge for this. Easy-Peasy.

🔄 Change of Mind? :  No problem! You can switch to another, similar or higher priced model within the 30-day window - We are that flexible!

⏳ Need More Time? :  If the full payment isn’t made within 30 days, your initial amount will be credited to your Riowheels account. You can use it later to buy any similar or higher-priced model.

N.B. - In order to maintain a fair stock usage and consistent shopping experience for all customers. Cancellation is not available for this option however, your money will be credited to your riowheels account for future purchase. We appreciate your understanding.
